The CNAP® Blood Pressure and Cadiac Output (CO) technologies are protected by a mix of patents and trade secrets. CNSystems holds, all in all, 68 granted and 9 pending patents in 13 different patent families, of which eleven families (with 56 granted, 12 pending patents) are directly related to CNAP®. The remaining two families (with 12 granted patents) cover impedance cardiography (ICG) with CNSystems' technology.
